Coloring book “Pastry shop”

Ina Publishing, one of Bulgaria’s well-known children’s publishers, invited me to illustrate a delightful coloring book all about pastries and sweets. At the time, I was admittedly a little too obsessed with sugar—so you could say this was a true dream project! I poured into it not just my drawing skills, but also my sweetest childhood memories and cravings.

The book features 10 colorful pastry illustrations, plus a burger and a pizza slice at the end (a fun twist requested by the client 😀). Each spread pairs a clean, black-and-white line drawing with its colorful versions, providing kids with a playful palette to inspire their own coloring.

Created for children aged 4 to 9, the project blends tasty imagination with creative exploration—because sometimes the best way to learn colors is through sprinkles and frosting.
